I fell down from staircase and sprain ankle

Yesterday afternoon, I was hurry down the staircase I missed the step and fell down. I hurt and it is sprain ankle on left leg, this morning I have right thigh pain. My sister in law helped me put oilment at the ankle. At night my dear no helped me at all he says I no more pain then no need rub ankle. So bad luck, this month don't see much good luck for me.
